Eligibility & Registration Requirements
Affiliates are required to review and accept the terms of the DBBet Affiliate Program before beginning their partnership with the Company. Only individuals aged 18 or older may participate. Failure to meet the age requirement grants the Company the right to withhold payments and freeze the Affiliate’s account. Affiliates are also responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, as the Company is not liable for lost or misused data. The Company retains the discretion to decline cooperation with any Affiliate without providing justification and reserves the right to amend the Agreement. Affiliates must register only once, as re-registration or sub-affiliate registration is strictly prohibited.
Advertising Material Guidelines
Affiliates must place advertising materials approved by the Company on their platforms, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Any self-created advertising must be submitted for moderation and approval. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of all advertising materials, avoiding outdated promotions, incorrect logos, or competitor links. Violations may result in account suspension, withheld payments, or termination of cooperation. Affiliates are prohibited from hosting offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content on their platforms. Advertising must not target regions where the Company’s promotions are prohibited. Motivated traffic or fraudulent methods are not permitted, and repeated violations can lead to blocked payments or revised cooperation terms.
Traffic Source Compliance
Affiliates must disclose all traffic sources during registration and ensure compliance with the Company’s guidelines. Concealing traffic sources may result in blocked payments or termination of the partnership. The Company’s moderation team regularly reviews traffic sources, and Affiliates can contact support for clarifications.
Restrictions on the Use of Intellectual Property
Affiliates are prohibited from copying the design or branding elements of the Company’s main website or using its trademarks, logos, or marketing materials without prior consent. Unauthorized use of keywords, search queries, or domain variations associated with the Company’s brand is also forbidden. Violations may lead to revised cooperation terms or account suspension.
